Parole-in-Place (PIP) is an important immigration benefit that is available to family members of U.S. veterans, enlistees, and active duty service members.
Many individuals who qualify for Parole-in-Place may use this benefit to qualify for adjustment of status, or a green card, without leaving the United States.
In this video, immigration attorney Jennifer Walker Gates explains who qualifies for Parole-in-Place and can use PIP to then apply for adjustment of status.
