Parole-in-Place (PIP) is an important immigration benefit that is available to family members of U.S. veterans, enlistees, and active duty service members.

In this video, immigration attorney Jennifer Walker Gates explains who qualifies for Parole-in-Place and can use PIP to then apply for adjustment of status.
